Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

TidyRow is personally operated by Harith, based in India. Contact harithgoud2@gmail.com about the service or these terms. These terms apply to TidyRow’s website, spreadsheet-cleaning tools, and account features.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement to use TidyRow. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.

2. Your account

Use accurate account information and keep passwords and active sessions private. Do not access another person’s account or share authentication secrets. Google sign-in is provided through Google and Supabase. Their services have their own applicable terms.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Signing in does not enroll you in a paid subscription or marketing emails.

3. Your spreadsheets and permissions

You retain your rights in the spreadsheets and other content you provide. You permit the processing needed to perform the actions you request, provide recovery and account history, and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You do not transfer ownership of your content to TidyRow.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to process your data, including personal data about other people. Use anonymized or synthetic information where possible. Do not submit personal, sensitive, or confidential information to AI features.

Browser recovery is not a backup service. Keep original files and download any result you need. Clearing site data, changing devices, or a browser failure may remove local datasets, workflows, and recovery information.

4. Review every result

Cleanup suggestions, duplicate matches, import checks, and AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Review proposed changes and exports before using them, importing them into another system, or making a decision based on them. TidyRow does not guarantee that a file will be accepted by a CRM or another service.

TidyRow is not a substitute for professional advice, financial reconciliation, medical assessment, or other decisions requiring qualified review. You are responsible for deciding whether a tool and its output are appropriate for your task.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use TidyRow unlawfully, process data without permission, infringe another person’s rights, submit malware, or attempt to bypass authentication or account boundaries. Do not disrupt the service, evade usage restrictions, or use AI features in ways prohibited by the applicable provider rules.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect accounts, comply with law, or maintain the service. Where practical and lawful, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us.

6. Plans, subscriptions, and payments

Free tools are available with sign-in. TidyRow Pro costs US$5 per month, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. Dodo Payments handles checkout as Merchant of Record. Review the final currency, total, billing period, and applicable Dodo buyer terms before confirming a purchase. Creating an account or using Free tools does not authorize a charge.

Pro renews monthly until canceled. Use your account’s Subscription & payments section to manage or cancel through Dodo’s customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the verified subscription record shows when paid access ends. Deleting browser data or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

Payment history, invoices, and subscription status come from verified billing records. A pending or failed payment does not grant Pro. Allowances are shown on the pricing page and reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC); each AI request or batch counts separately. Started cleanup runs and AI requests count even if unsuccessful or canceled. Reaching a limit does not authorize an overage charge. Saved workflows are browser-local; cloud backup and team sharing are not included.

For a billing error or refund request, contact harithgoud2@gmail.com with the payment reference, without sending card details. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law and Dodo’s buyer terms; canceling a subscription is not itself a refund request. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Availability and changes

The service is offered on an “as available” basis. Preview features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and the service may have errors or interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs.

We will publish material changes to these terms and identify the updated date. Where a change needs your agreement under applicable law, we will seek that agreement before applying it.

8. Ending use and requesting deletion

You can stop using TidyRow at any time. Email harithgoud2@gmail.com to request account closure or deletion. We may verify that you control the account before acting. The Privacy Policy explains browser data, provider records, and information that may need to be retained.

9. Responsibility and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TidyRow is provided without a promise that it will meet every particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Please contact Harith first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require binding arbitration or remove any right to approach a competent court, regulator, or other authority.
